I only have 100 cards or so, but enough to make a nasty lockdown deck using cards like prohibition, imperial order, and jinzo. The only other card I need for my deck is a thousand-eyes restrict.
What kind of deck do you have and what is your record? Mine is around 67-2.

Here is a list of the most common types of decks:
Beatdown- using high attack 4 star monsters to attack hard and fast.Usually the same type.
Lockdown- using magic, trap, and monster effects to keep the opponent from using certain cards. ex. jinzo deactivates all traps.
Defense decks- using high defense cards to make your opponent take damage when they attack. Also uses sword&shield magic.
Deck burner- using magic and traps to create life point damage.
Deck destruction- using magic, trap, and monster effects to make the opponent deck out.
Cyber-stein deck- using the effect of cyber-stein(not available in english) to summon a fusion monster at the cost of 5000 life points. Uses a lot of life point recovery cards(EDS only)(this is the type I use in EDS).
There are some others, but I can't remember them right now..

I'm not suprised that you have not heard fo cyber-stein, since it is not out in english yet. But it was left in Eternal Duelist Soul(EDS) and is used a lot in japan.
As for your deck, I recomend that you try to choose one theme and stick to it. That will make it easier to find the cards you need when you need them.
As for my rarest card, It is now tri-horned dragon(secret rare in LOB).What about you?

When I play I dont play with sacrifices or fusion. I've never lost a battle. I wish Yu-Gi-Oh was real and they had virtual reality.
